I would recommend an addition of this only to allow for clarification of oversights in documentation, as well as inconsistencies, etc. to be able to be categorized and automated into projects/milestones/priorities/etc. based on the fact that they are documentation related, rather than program/codebase related.

I am happy to provide ideas, produce a template, figure out the integration of automations as-needed, etc. but wanted to examine your thoughts, perspectives, goals, and requirements as these will directly affect how I examine my suggestions and approaches to this.
