Thanks for the feedback — two separate questions here, addressing each:

1. Updating the provider API key from the WebUI

Currently the WebUI does not have a settings panel for editing the provider API key directly. The API key is read from config.yaml (under model.api_key or providers.<name>.api_key) or from environment variables. To change it today, you'd edit config.yaml directly and restart the server.

This is a valid gap — a settings UI for updating the provider key without touching config files would be a useful quality-of-life improvement. Adding it to the backlog as a feature request.

2. OpenRouter model list showing fewer models than Hermes CLI

The WebUI's OpenRouter dropdown shows a curated fallback list (_FALLBACK_MODELS in api/config.py) rather than the full live OpenRouter catalog. This is intentional for the static dropdown, but there is a live model fetch endpoint at /api/models/live?provider=openrouter that queries the OpenRouter API directly and returns the full list.

If you're not seeing free models that appear in the CLI:

The static list is a curated subset — free/experimental models aren't included by default
The live fetch (/api/models/live) should return a fuller list if your OpenRouter API key is configured
You can also type any OpenRouter model ID directly into the model input field if you know the exact ID (e.g. openrouter/some-free-model-id)

Filing this as a known limitation — improving the OpenRouter model selection UX (fuller live list or better free model surfacing) is worth tracking.
