This pulls in an upstream fix (luvit/luv#598) for a crash that is reported by some users, as it's not clear when Luv will release a new version. (Of course, when they do, I'll update to that quickly.)

Note that this will only affect the official builds from source; distros will likely still build against 1.43.0 with the bug.
