Project mainly made using WPF UI

Supports managing connected controller's configuration for DsHidMini v3. Controllers can be set in 3 different modes: custom, profile and global:

• Custom: individual settings for a given controller
• Profile: use settings from a list of user-created profiles containing their own settings. Each profile can be edited and the changes will be applied to all controllers already using that profile
• Global: controller uses settings from a profile defined as "global", defined by the user.

ControlApp allows managing profiles, as well as choosing a profile as "global". Global profiles are loaded for all controllers in global mode as well as all new controllers.
