Controller reports previous HID Device Mode until reconnecting a 2nd time #312
Description
When a controller's Hid Device Mode is changed the controller will report the previous HID Device Mode until it's reconnected again. Regardless, the change will be in effect.
Tested on both DsHidMini v2 and v3
