Previously, the Icon block color controls were placed inside a custom
InspectorControlspanel. However, we can now setgroup="color"when setting up anInspectorControlspanel, which allows us to hook into the native "Color" panel.This PR takes advantage of this change and moves the Icon and Background color controls to the native "Color" panel. Another benefit of this approach is that the Colors now appear at the top of the Style panel. Custom panels will always appear below native panels for block supports.
