I need the full download URL of the uploaded assets on the release page.

The REST API for uploading assets provides the browser_download_url pointing to the location of the uploaded asset. The asset should provide this URL as output, additionally to the upload_url.

I think alternatively, it would be possible to construct the URL from html_url and figuring out the tags and file names. But this is quite cumbersome and the full URL is already known by the action.
