Prepare

• Create the termux-packages building environment, clone the deskbtm/termux-packages that forks the termux-packages,
  and follow the guide https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/wiki/For-maintainers#examples
• For now, all the deb packages in assets need to build locally.
