Closes #50 by removing the re-exports for
SProxy,RProxy,RLProxy, etc. (which are deprecated) andProxy(which is already in the Prelude). I'm not sure how this should be handled wrt a release; this probably should have been a part of the v7.0.0 release in the first place.Edit: I'm going to release this as a patch.
