Describe the contribution
Closes #49

This is a reorg and a "normalization" of the sch_lab table to be organized how the sample_app uses a table.

Testing performed
Built and tested with functional testing.

Expected behavior changes
Changing of the filenames and symbols for the table.

System(s) tested on
Debian 10.3 VM
