Updates the documentation related to status code test/check, provide description of how to check for any error status in a future-proof manner. Also updates the list of error code string conversions to match the current set (some were missing).

Updates the documentation related to status code test/check, provide description of how to check for any error status in a future-proof manner.
Also updates the list of error code string conversions to match the current set (some were missing).

Testing performed
Build documentation and verify content. Build complete FSW and run all unit tests.
Expected behavior changes
Documentation has better description of status code checking/handling
OS_GetErrorName()function will work for all currently-defined codes. (FSW does not actually use this function).System(s) tested on
