Describe the bug
The telemetry pages for SB and TBL do not load when selected to open as it creates a buffer error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Ran the ground system:
2. make (in cmdUtil)
3. python3 GroundSystem.py
4. Started Telemetry (with TLM enabled)
5. Opened Tlm for TBL and SB

Expected behavior
The telemetry pages for SB and TBL should open when selected.
