Conceptually, I'm fine with this. It's a good clean up to consolidate the oft-repeated address+size combination into a common structure.
My only reservation is with respect to the related changing of the mnemonics. These tags (e.g. ES_CODEADDR, ES_CODESIZE, etc). are supposed to map to the ground system identifiers. Although I prefer having just a single one for each, this will potentially affect the ground systems, so we need to get some acknowledgement from stakeholders on that side of the fence before merging this one.
