Describe the bug
CodeQL throws two issues: Using paths-ignore can prevent Code Scanning annotating new alerts in your pull requests and on push.

View the latest CodeQL workflow annotations.

Expected behavior
Same behavior, with no issues thrown in the workflow.

Additional context
When removed, documentation files will still be ignored without the issues thrown due to this PR: nasa/cFS#577
