Not really the job of podsync, but I had a play around in the code (never used go before) to try and add a plex server update command after updating feeds (yes I'm using podsync to update plex - long story, but it works well).

Anyway, I've added a new method in a forked version of podsync....I'd like to build it, but as mentioned never done this before. I tried just doing a docker build in the forked podsync dir, but obviously there's something else I need to learn. It looks like podsync is compiled into a binary of some sort?

Anyway, any guidance useful, then if interested I'll put in a PR for the code.
