I'm a first year PhD candidate in Computing and Data Sciences at Boston University. I am fortunate to work with Dr. Xuezhou Zhang on reinforcement learning. Previous to this, I graduated with a B.S. in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Brigham Young University (BYU). There, I had the priveledge of doing research with Dr. Mark Kempton on non-backtracking random walks on graphs.
Broadly interested in many things machine learning related. More specifically, I'm really interested in
- Reinforcement Learning
- Theory of Deep Learning
- Optimization
- AI Engineer intern at Vivint (past)
- Graph theory research assistant at BYU (past)
- R&D intern at bioMérieux (past)
- Control theory and mathematical biology research assistant positions at BYU (past)
