Bump @mui/internal-api-docs-builder, @mui/internal-core-docs, @mui/internal-docs-utils, @mui/internal-markdown and @mui/internal-scripts to the latest canary. Migrate API pages to import pre-rendered descriptions directly, rendering the markdown to HTML at build time via the apiPageTranslationLoader instead of mapApiPageTranslation/getStaticProps.
