This release addresses an issue where icons of imported records were not updated immediately.

To install, simply place the KeeToReady.plgx (recommended) OR the released .dll files to where the KeePass.exe is located.

This release added additional field types and uses KeePass custom icons for ReadySignOn record logo images.

This release targets the .NET Framework 4 instead of .NET Framework 2.
It also addresses a minor issue where certain null value fields (with only labels) will be set to empty strings instead of nulls to make KeePass (and you) happy.

This release has been tested to be working with ReadySignOn version 2.11.x through 2.15.x
