Issue:

In the list of all MCP SDKs, all links work except for the link to the Python SDK docs. Currently it points to https://py.sdk.modelcontextprotocol.io/ and returns 404, while it looks like the actual Python MCP docs are available at https://modelcontextprotocol.github.io/python-sdk/

Proposed fix:

Change the url for Python SDK to https://py.sdk.modelcontextprotocol.io/, as this will follow all the other agreed URLs:

https://csharp.sdk.modelcontextprotocol.io/
