MCP Clients typically have a limits arount 20 tools total that can choose from with high quality certanty. If too many tools listed the LLM gets confused.

Describe the solution you'd like
Limit the number of tools exposed to the MCP Client or be able at the Client side to selectivelly disable some of the tools from being observed/seeing by the LLM.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I need to disable entier MCP Servers.
