bruh this is bad
i will ask the designer to make the icon by himself, he better knows how to do it, i ain't doing much here lol
also remade chat lists, they work better but not ideal, chats are not loaded on-demand
and that's all for today, i'm going to sleep

In this PR we have partially implemented folders and folder preferences. But there are things left to do, which require another task.
I need to properly implement caching, and after that folders and folder preferences can be safely finished. So for now this is just Part 1 for folders implementation.
