This PR will try to fix the SQLite libs conflict, when there is both sqlite and sqlcipher included in the binary, resulting in an utter mess. It will do that by making TDLib a dynamic library, which should fix the issue

Task list:

  • Fix conflict between TDLib and AppCenter SDK
  • Enable AppCenter metrics, like crash reporting
