Do we still need the require with this change? |

The "Requires=docker.socket" is necessary in order to activate the socket when the service is activated. "After=docker.socket" only dictates that the service waits for the socket. |

Fixes race condition between service and socket and also enables the socket automatically when the service is enabled.
