Docker 20.10 was released with API v1.41, so any change in the API should now target v1.42. Signed-off-by: Sebastiaan van Stijn <[email protected]>

@tianon @cpuguy83 PTAL; I moved this PR out of draft. We have various PR's in code review that affect the API (some in draft), so probably it's time now to merge this one
