I am one of the docker package maintainers on Gentoo.

Based on what I'm seeing in the hack/Dockerfile/install/{containerd,runc}.installer scripts,
docker 20.10.5 requires containerd 1.4.3 and runc 1.0.0_rc93.
On the other hand, the vendor.conf file for containerd v1.4.3 shows that this version of containerd requires runc-1.0.0_rc92.

Your help would be greatly appreciated in knowing how to resolve this dependency conflict so I can package docker 20.10.5 on Gentoo.
