When users generate a preview of a project using the Haller Tabloid design, a header section at the top is shown two times.

This double header is processed properly and disappears when the PDF is generated by clicking "Download Test PDF", but from a user experience point of view it would be good to fix the appearance of the preview page.

Edit: Mike's email note: "I think for the haller tabloid issue, you should just hide the headers on the print page when viewed from a screen, but make sure it's not hidden when sent to DocRaptor."
