This commit updates the documentation about "Read the Docs": - removes unsupported version control systems; only Git is supported now (see https://about.readthedocs.com/blog/2024/02/drop-support-for-subversion-mercurial-bazaar/) - removes the note mentioning that not all the features are supported with other MkDocs themes since this is not valid anymore Closes mkdocs#3579
