Binary wheels are built for Linux and macOS, both x86_64 and ARM.
Because of the dependency on Flint, support for wheels on native Windows has to wait for:

Distributions will be published automatically to PyPI when a version tag is pushed to the repository. Requires depositing a repository secret.
