Example 1 compares two ~50 Kb prophage regions from different Salmonella genomes. The files needed for this example are in Easyfig_example1_files.

Example 2 demonstrates creating a comparison figure of three Escherichia coli genomes, O157:H7 EDL933, O157H7 Sakai and K12 MG1655.
