Addresses review feedback on #1590 requesting test coverage for parser utility functions.

Changes

• Added 8 unit tests for parseEnvironmentVariablesFromStr: Tests .env file parsing including colon separators, comment lines, empty lines, values with equals signs, whitespace trimming, empty input, and invalid line handling.

• Added 2 unit tests for quoting logic in parseEnvironmentVariablesFromArray: Tests that enclosing quotes are stripped ("bar" → bar) while quotes within values are preserved (bar"baz → bar"baz).
