The fewer issues I have to read, the more new features I will have time to implement, so I ask that you please try these things first

• Try with the newest version from GitHub (also it might have already been fixed in latest nightly build)
• Read the documentation and FAQ, Known issues, Troubleshooting
• Search for your problem under Issues or Discussions
• This problem happens with all kinds of files that I try. For problem only with a particular file or type, use this other form instead

Steps to reproduce

Few problems with default (no file/loaded) view and exporting without actions:

1. When there is no file loaded these buttons are active while they don't do nothing or should do nothing:

2. Timecode shows value after dragging the cursor outside the program window.

3. Afer loading a file the default "segment" is created (keep or remove) which is probably unnecessary. I don't know why anyone would want to have entire time range segment to keep or remove it. Besides, this default remove segment isn't even on segments list, it's just on the timeline UI.

4. After loading some video and clicking "Export", then "Export" two popup window appears with contradictory messages (the file is exported unchanged) at the same time which make no sense.

5. I don't know if these buttons are really needed in simple view. I think they're rarely used, even in advanced view. But that's just my opinion. I think Play segments button would be more useful.
