Batch file list improvements

• Make a button for deleting a file from the list, and not just by right-clicking.
• Allow dragging new files into the Batch File list window. Now you can only drag them into the main window.
• Limit the minimum width of the side bar. Now you can almost completely remove it.
• Move all the tool buttons to a separate line, below the Batch File List inscription.
• Change the panel/window with the list of files to be merged to a horizontal layout (below the video window) so that file names with long titles can be seen. This is important for arranging/sorting the order (file names often have some numbers at the end). This would eliminate the need to constantly change the table's width to see the full file names. This panel would, of course, have a scroll bar if more than one file appears in the window (from Merge panel improvements #2582).

From #2745: File filtering

• It would be very useful to either filter file list to only show supported types OR to allow arbitrary filter (just like filter streams). Use case: open folder (with or without subfolders) with LLC project files + videos, and see them mixed in the file list
• Load segments (.llc) from all files in list Filter file list + misc list improvements #2745 (comment)
  • Show number of segments in each file: XXXX.MPG (4)
  • Add some icon if segments have labels or tags, emoji for sake of example, could be something more minimal: XXXX.MP4 (4,🏷️)
  • And regarding unclutter, if file has only disabled segments, it can be filtered out from the list. Very useful when adding a folder.

Concat/merge improvements

• Add the ability to quickly merge, without the Merge options window. or allow pressing export action (default E) also for the concat dialog)
• Accentuate (preferably with color) the Merge Files button. So that it stands out from the other tools.
• The Merge options window is white, even if the dark theme is on.
• Allow using a file name template here too - (see also Enhance 'Merge/concatenate files' function #2489)
• Write summary information in the Merge options window. For example, the number of files, total size, total time duration, etc.
