Summary

The latest npm package does not include the source but includes source maps. Including the source is the best way to resolve this issue. Alternatively, you can enable the inlineSources option in tsconfig.json` - let me know if this is what you prefer and I can make this change.

Motivation

The source is useful in many scenarios. For example, minification tools require the source along side source maps.
