I would say yes, since the package manager should be facilitating updating the driver, instead of blocking it, as bundling it would do. What are your thoughts? |

After rereading the Vulkan doc and cjpais/Handy#99, I agree we should include a dependency rather than getting upstream to bundle it. KhronosGroup.VulkanRT is missing arm64 though, so I'll remove arm64 for now and add it later with a newer Handy version |
