Description of the new feature/enhancement

As we get closer to support for fonts, we'll need to support them in the validation pipelines.

Fonts will go into a "fonts" directory with the same structure as the "manifests" directory. Initially we'll bootstrap a few manually to support end to end testing, so we will not allow PRs from the community until we've got all the infrastructure in place.
