FYI: The older clients are pointing to a CDN endpoint that we are retiring. Newer clients have a DNS name to make it easier for us to make future changes to the CDN. |

This fixes the failed unit test cases for main branch and also for PR #452. The older releases of WinGet are not available anymore on GitHub probably due to microsoft/winget-cli#3652 but I'm sure @denelon / @ryfu-msft know more about the reason 😄
