Run all tests in a multi-root workspace without prompting #13147
Description
In a multi-root workspace when running tests I am prompted to select a folder even when that folder has no tests.
eg: ~/.aec has no tests but the prompt still displays:
Would be nice if it just ran all tests without prompting.
