Not allowing ${workspaceFolder} in compilerPath args was an oversight. Users have tried using it in #1982 and #3428 .
One potential issue is that users have to remember to use \"${workspaceFolder}\" if there are spaces in the path.
UPDATE: Didn't make 0.23.0-insiders.
