@sandy081 Friendly ping, I'm seeing most PRs get some kind of attention within a few days, is there anyone else we can bring in for a review here? Hopefully very simple patch for a three-year old bug 😄 |

Attempt to implement #10643.
My hope is that this goes a long way towards making hover popups usable for keyboard-only users.
