This is a revision and update for the snippets for the Swift programming language. I've removed outdated snippets, added some that were missing and cleaned up the rest (basically: I redid the entire set).
With this change, I think the license information can be updated and attributions related to these snippets removed. Please let me know if I should include these changes in my pull request.
