This PR refactors the "Search with AI" button placement in the search view's no-results message. The changes simplify the user-facing text and improve the message flow.
- Moved the "Search with AI" button to appear after the contextual no-results message instead of before it
- Simplified two localization strings by removing unnecessary wording
- Consolidated the message display logic for better code organization
