As mentioned in #12910 arbitrary sorting is currently not available for installed extensions. This PR will implement the functionality required to arbitrarily sort installed extensions. This PR ironically also allows extensions from the gallery to be sorted by name.

  • Allow sorting installed extensions by name both ascending and descending.
  • Allow sorting installed extensions by install count both ascending and descending.
  • Allow sorting installed extensions by rating both ascending and descending.
