Poor UX for the editor.fontLigatures setting #92823

Repro
- In settings editor, search for
editor.fontLigatures
Bugs
In the settings UI:
- If I don't know what ligatures are, the description is not useful. Maybe link to our documentation?
- The description also does not explain the font features part. Maybe have an example?
- I have to use the settings json editor to actually change this setting. I suspect the most common use of this setting is turning it on or off
In the settings json editor:
- It was not clear to me at first how to configure the font features (for a while, I thought it was supposed to be an object instead of a string)
- If you have
"editor.fontLigatures": ""and hover over the string, the description of what this string does is very generic
