Steps to Reproduce:

1. Top menu -> Help -> Interactive Editor Playground.
2. Scroll to section on Emmet.
3. Click on the link to the Emmet Cheat sheet in the tip section on Emmet.
4. A confirmation box opens, with a link to a HTTP page.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

What I expected to see:
Link uses HTTPS.

What I actually saw:
Link uses HTTP.
