The current description is the following:
"The name of the tree view. It is set from the extension package.json and can be changed later."

I suggest the following to allign better with out other descriptions:
"The tree view title is initially taken from the extension package.json.
Any changes will be properly reflected in the UI." Or mention exactly that it is shown in the title of the view.

We usually do not mention that something can be changed. If there is not readonly keyword that is implicit.
