Steps to Reproduce:

1. git clone --recursive repo-with-sub-module
2. code .
3. Edit file in the submodule folder and save
4. Change to git panel
5. Click the changed file
6. VS Code warns "Can't open this git resource."

Is there support for this handy git feature?
