Refreshing File Explorer while Input box is showing makes File Explorer as inactive forever. #75693

- VSCode Version: 1.34.0
- OS Version: Windows 10
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open terminal
- Run any command that makes any change of your current project directory after a while, like
> npm install - Run 'New Folder' action
- After refreshing directory by the terminal command, 'New Folder' input will disappear and File Explorer remains inactive
Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
