Issue Type: Feature Request

If a developer is using Visual Studio Code often or on a daily basis, It makes sense to just prompt him about updating the software.
But, for the other portion of Visual Studio Code users, like me, who are not using this software on daily basis, but rather other software - it makes more sense to automatically install the updates so I get the latest version when I simply launch the software, rather be prompt and then being required to relaunch the software.
