Terminal font squished when changing monitors with varying DPIs #34320

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open terminal in a non-retina monitor
- Drag vscode to retina monitor
- Click expand on the terminal panel
- Terminal font is super tiny and impossible to read
- Move back to non-retina monitor and collapse, it's back to normal
Also the fonts are fuzzy on both monitors, only in the terminal.
