Report Issue: VS Code issues "Preview on GitHub" opens repo, not new issue form

STRL:
- Report issue in Agents window
- Pick VS Code as Target
- Finish wizard and "Preview on GitHub"
- 🐛 Opens `https://github.com/microsoft/vscode?title=Agents%3A%20Session…` , which is not the issue form
